Comment : I love Mrs.Green she sold me my Dodge Challenger 5 years ago! A very passionate person! Great customer service! A very hard working lady and going to do an excellent job to give you what you want and stay and your price range! She had so much patience with me! She sold me, my cousin, and my best friend our car. We still all rolling! I will love to purchase another car from Cannon but Mrs. Green have to be my sale person ! I?m in the market for a Tahoe! I also got a couple of friends trying to purchase but we only doing deals with Mrs. Green!

Comment : I was in search of a particular Ram truck with a certain color and option. Cannon was one of very few dealerships that had one available. When I reached out via the website to check on availability, I was contacted by Zach Flint. Within an hour, we had a deal. I didn't drive in, look at the car, test drive, etc. I'm 750 miles away.

There are two things I hate in life - hanging Xmas lights and buying a car because I have to deal with dreaded car salespeople (I'm in my 50's, I've bought plenty of cars to date). But I could tell within the first few minutes of speaking with Zach on the phone that this may be a different experience, and he didn't disappoint, surprisingly.

Over the next two weeks I had constant contact with Zach to finalize everything. And by the end of those two weeks, Zach basically knows more about me than half my friends. So now I've met the first salesperson that I like enough to call the next time I'm in the car market, even being 750 miles away.

Comment : I deeply regret purchasing a vehicle from Cannon Auto Sales. What should have been an exciting moment quickly turned into stress and frustration.

Within two weeks of purchase, the vehicle ran hot three separate times and later showed signs of a bad transmission. These are serious mechanical issues—not minor inconveniences—and they should never happen so soon after buying a car. These events could have caused life threatening damage or death . This incident caused me PTSD as the car shut down and started to shake uncontrollably.

What hurts most is the feeling of being taken advantage of. I trusted that I was being sold a reliable vehicle or that any major issues would be disclosed. Instead, I was left dealing with problems that affect safety, reliability, and finances. When I raised concerns, there was no real urgency or accountability. The staff disregarded me . The managers avoided me . This experience was extremely stressful and traumatic for buying my first vehicle .

Buying a car is a major investment. Customers deserve honesty, transparency, and care.. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. As a service member of the Army , I am deeply disappointed in their values here at Cannon Dodge Jeep and Ram .

I strongly urge others to be cautious and do thorough research before purchasing from Cannon Auto Sales.

Michael Thomas and Zach Flint were amazing at working with me on my trade in and finding me what I wanted!! They had my car delivered to me in pristine condition and made the ENTIRE process as smooth as BUTTER!

This is my family?s fourth purchase from the multitude of Cannon Dealers!! Give them a call!
