Comment : My vehicle went to Cannon on January 8, 2026, for the engine light, and I was told it was one thing. My vehicle stayed the entire month of January and was ready for pick up on February 2, 2026. A few days later, the engine light came back on, and the vehicle went back to Cannon for the same problem on February 5, 2026, which was a turbo issue, which was the problem they could have found at first. I was told for several days that my parts were ordered and kept putting me off on the parts was ordered, but my vehicle did not get repaired until I called and spoke with a manager. I had to call every week to check on my vehicle because Hayden (Service Advisor) was not keeping me up to date on my vehicle. Each week, I had to call and get an update, and this is not professional at all. On Friday, February 27, 2026, my vehicle was finally ready after I had to call to see if it was ready. When checking out with Stephanie Knighten (my favorite advisor), I thanked her for all she does for customers. I walked to my vehicle and did a walk around, and noticed the front driver side bottom portion of my vehicle was damaged. I knew this happened while here because I had pictures as well as the service advisor. I asked Stephanie to take a look at my vehicle, and she assured me that it would be repaired by the body shop. Thank God my vehicle will be repaired for the damage that took place at the shop. IF STEPHANIE KNIGHTEN is out ill or anything, I will not do business with any other service advisor. She is very concerned and makes sure customers are aware of any situation regarding their vehicle. This is the first and WORST experience I ever had, and I will not return if I have to deal with Hayden (service advisor) with my vehicle. I will not recommend anyone for this type of treatment.

My only reason for four stars versus five was the lack of communications on progress/status over the week the vehicle was in the shop. Periodic texts or emails would have taken care of this concern.'>

Comment : I live in Little Rock, Arkansas but since the first of the year have been working at Delta Health Center in Mound Bayou. On February 5th my Yukon wouldn't start and it was pretty obvious that the issue was the starter. I had to leave the Yukon at Cannon and rent a car for the trip home which wasn't unexpected. When I returned the next Monday, the staff was still assessing the problem which they decided to be the starter late Monday afternoon. The part was ordered from Jackson but didn't arrive on Tuesday and when I stopped by the dealership on Wednesday afternoon to check on the status, they discovered that the part had arrived early them morning but apparently service was not aware. During that visit, Hayden, the service manager, told me that they would try to get started on it that afternoon but that it would be repaired on Thursday so that I would have it for my planned trip home, which it was.
