Comment : Worst bait and switch job of all time - and they used a rookie salesperson to do it. Sent pics and VIN to them. Working on a 5 year old Expedition. Came back with a trade value. We agreed on price and trade in. No add-ons where discussed, presented or approved.

When the document came out, there was over $9000.00 in added charges. When I scratched them off the deal sheet and informed him that was not what we agreed to, his manager made him write back on text "...earlier my sales manager was saying those were non negotiable on this deal because we gave you $7k more than what your trade is worth."

I didn't ask for a higher trade. I presented my truck and information on it. They returned the value.

This is exactly why good dealers get smeared by sleazy ones. If you are dealing with Cannon Brothers in Cleveland, MS RUN AWAY, don't walk...

Comment : Fast service with very friendly staff… this was the best experience I’ve ever had trying to get a car that I was comfortable with at a very reasonable price and when I say I was. In and out it was the fastest ever… I recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to buy a new vehicle.
