Comment : Good luck getting someone to actually make an effort to get you in a car you want here. We found a car online that we wanted online that was located at the Vicksburg. We went to see about it on Thursday. Waited to hear if it was sold. Nothing. Checked in Friday. Nothing. Talked to another “salesperson”. Waited. Nothing. Wife called the Vicksburg location Saturday. It was still there. Unsold but someone was coming to look at it. Sold that afternoon about 2. They could have had the car here Friday and had us in it. I called to speak to the sales manager and complain. Nothing. Left a message. Nothing. I don’t understand

Comment : My car repair came in at the estimated quote. When I asked staff were they sure it was only the hose they did not get offended. I’d rather be 100% sure than on the side of the road in 100 degrees weather stranded. Stephanie and Willie were both great. They knew me when I called. They both communicated well with me the entire time before and while you had my car. I am from Greenville but I now live in Gulfport. If I ever need car service again and I’m in Greenville, I would gladly drive to Cleveland and get my car serviced!
