Comment : I just think $160 for an oil change and smog check is highway robbery to be honest. But I blame myself for not shopping around first and finding a better deal, I just assumed I wouldn’t be shocked by the price. It is what it is and your prices aren’t going to change because of this survey, and everyone knows that. But I’m just going to not use Shell anymore. Oh well. But I think my skepticism was made clear about the price when I was quoted the price I asked if it was the regular oil, they just said yeah and continued doing computer work. I didn’t want to complain about the price, but looking back I wish I had just said no and took my car elsewhere. I also am a AAA member and am just now finding out you guys offer a discount for that. Overall I’m disappointed forsure but like I said this survey won’t change anything because you’re a giant corporation and one person won’t change your minds. I’m just writing this because I’m bored. But it’s truly how I feel about my experience. Anyways, I hope whoever had to read this has a good day. Best Regards

Comment : IF YOUR CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON TELL THEM IT WONT PASS AND DONT CHARGE THEM AND DONT TAKE OFF WITH THERE CAR WITHOUT PERMISSION DRIVING IT LIKE A PHYSCO OUT OF YOUR ESTABLISHMENT
