Comment : The shop is clean and they give a nice concierge service, but they overcharge. They got me in quickly for a safety inspection, but charged $150 for a simple oil change. They also recommended thousands of $ of maintenance my vehicle didn't need. It helps if you know what your car needs and shop around.

Comment : They perform the service well and communicate well but are definitely on the expensive side for car service. I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and received a menu of in the neighborhood of $3000 worth of recommended service on a 9 year old vehicle that is running fine. I generally prefer a more common sense approach to car maintenance. Would not recommend taking your car there for an inspection

Comment : Everything went great, first time there. Dropped truck off on Tuesday got estimate on Wednesday got truck back on Thursday. Truck was done late Wednesday but couldn’t get there in time to pickup. I picked it up first thing Thursday morning. Service guys were great and friendly.

Comment : We cannot say enough about how Todd and the team were exemplary when we really needed last minute service. We were from out of town with only 24 hours in Blacksburg and had a cooling unit breakdown. They were able to tow, diagnose, order parts, fix, test drive and refit another occurring problem. All this with a shortage of staff due to unexpected call outs. With diligent up to date reporting, we knew we were in very good hands. My daughter was very well treated and assisted when she went to retrieve her vehicle. Campus Automotive and staff in Blacksburg VA really care for the students and have their integrity and safety on the road before anything else.
