Comment : They offer a 50.00 discount if you’re a AAA member. But… you only get it if you show your card before the service. They will not honor at time of paying bill. If you tell them ahead they might not record it and then not honor it. They do have a sign on the wall stating this. Not in a place where your checking in.

Comment : Scheduled a brake job at 8 am because I needed my vehicle back by 2 pm for an important meeting 20 miles away. Received a call that I needed a front end alignment as well but car wouldn’t be ready until end of day. Ugh! I had to make other plans to get to my appointment. When I returned at 5:50 pm to pick up car, I was informed they weren’t finished and they needed to keep it overnight. It was finally finished at 9:30 am the next day (25 hours after my appointment.) That’s why I gave them 4 stars.
