Comment : I had an appointment to get my car diagnosed while I waited. They pulled the car into the garage, and four hours later, at closing time coincidentally, they came and told me that they couldn't figure out what was wrong with my car. The diagnosis was supposed to be $99.95, they handed me a bill for nearly $400. I argued the point with them, and somehow the bill got reduced to $116, which I begrudgingly paid, for absolutely nothing but a hurting back from sitting in the waiting room for 4 very long hours. Very unprofessional. I will never give them any of my business again.

Comment : Buying a used vehicle is often a hit-and-miss experience. I bought from a "big city" dealer in late January, after losing my vehicle in an ice storm. Very unhappy with that vehicle, and all the surprises that kept popping up. Immediately started looking for something else. It took a little time, but California Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram got in just what I wanted, and Certified it. The purchasing experience was painless, the vehicle is beyond lovely, and I have absolutely ZERO concerns about whether it will last. Thank you!

Comment : As an out of stater buying a used car from an unknown to me dealership made me cautious. After discussing car, terms of sales I found John to be very upfront and honest. Drove up to dealership and found the car to be exactly as described. Purchased car dealing with John and mgr Mark was straight forward and openly transparent. They were even kind enough to store car until I could arrange for options to get the car back to Louisiana. After having the car for a month making some repairs I knew were needed going into the sale the car is as solid as can be expected. Very happy customer !

Comment : I recently purchased another vehicle from this dealership and the second purchase was as good if not better than the first. I purchased a used GC from California CDJR almost two years ago and have taken the vehicle back for all my routine maintenance. While I was in for a routine service on my GC, I spoke with the sales department about the excellent deals they were offering on leftover 2024 Rams. I wasn’t planning to trade trucks until later in the year, but due to the incentives, I spoke with sales and came back later with the truck that I was considering to upgrade.
The sales department offered a better deal than I had expected. I now own a 24 Ram.
I appreciate their excellent service department along with the great sales team.
I have had two great experiences with Mark. Bruce and all of the team in the Service department have been great to work with as well.
Thank you for a great experience and we will return when we are ready to update another vehicle.

Comment : What a Joke. Called and verified that my alternator was still under warranty by what beth or ruth told me on the phone that it was covered and to get my jeep towed there and it will be taken care of she said the warranty was still good and went ahead and got me a new one for monday 9/23/24 so after pay 300 for a tow truck and 300 for a car rental for 7 days then i get a call from there service saying it is not covered and will cost me 1000 to fix it. i did everything they told me to do and i am a mechanic been one for 22 years i could have fixed it myself and way cheaper then a 1000. they do not hold up what they say on the phone then they tried to tell me i had an oil leak but i dont and got it confrimed where i work that it doesnt have a leak so they lied about that too. do not take to this dealership every other jeep place that i have spoken to about this said that they would have honered it since a rep from there place made the mistake and not me so dont trust this placeWhat a Joke.
