Comment : The front desk staff was rude, and the estimator copped an attitude because the insurance company didn't give them weeks of advance notice. They acted like it was my fault for showing up when the insurance told me to. Honestly, between the terrible communication and unprofessional attitude, these people are clearly operating with a few screws loose—definitely not the folks you want to get trapped in a repair job with.

Comment : I understand that things can't always be perfect, but we have had to take our car back up there 3 different times. Thank God for pictures, because while in the shop, trim wasn't fixed, they tore up our tint (because of shoving bumpers and parts inside the car) the center console was gouged. And it looked like someone wasn't careful with a heat gun, because it got our clear coat. They fixed it, but was told it was bird poop or told "it wasnt us"... It took an additional 3 weeks just to get the console cover in. It's just been a nightmare and to me and my wife it was just neglect. We got it back and don't have to deal with it anymore. Be cautious.
