Comment : I'll start by saying they did great work. It took about 2 weeks to fix a bumper- $3800. My rental car was over on Wednesday (1 1/2 weeks later) and I called 4pm that afternoon to see if my car would be ready. I was told by Brittany, it was still in the paint shop and should be ready on Thursday or Friday- she would call me when it was ready. A little background, I live in the country so the shop is 1 hr and 15min from me so it's a whole ordeal to drive out there. We returned the rental car on Wednesday afternoon and I got a call on 2:30pm the next day, Thursday, saying my car was ready. About 30 minutes later, I get a passive-agressive text from Emily saying "we have been trying to reach you since YESTERDAY trying to get you to pick up your car". I called back and she rudely said 'im sure Brittany has left you voicemails but we've been calling'- I had no calls except for the one the same day stating my car was ready. Um no. I called at 4pm and my car wasn't ready. The whole thing irritated me honestly because I had to drive out here 4x and my car obviously wasn't ready or I would have picked it up the same time I dropped off the rental since it would have been a million times easier. Emily shouldnt be allowed to talk to customers, especially when she has no idea what the hell was going on on the customer's side. The last day is the reason I took a star off- your lack of communication does not equal me deserving to get attitude.

Comment : Let me start by saying that Brittany at the front desk has been amazing! If not for her, this whole ordeal would have been significantly worse…. Unfortunately though, I am absolutely LIVID. After being rear-ended in a car I had just bought 6 months ago, I took my car here for repairs. The preliminary quote was $10,000. The insurance company responsible for the cost said “no problem”, and the repairs “began”. On the 23rd I received an email that said the supplemental quote added an additional $7,000 in repair cost…. ALMOST DOUBLE THE ORIGINAL QUOTE. Then on the 27th, I received an automated text that said “repairs on your car coming along nicely”….. 10 minutes ago I got an email from the insurance company saying my car is total loss. CALIBER HAS HAD MY CAR FOR ALMOST A MONTH. I called a friend of mine who has seen the damage to my car first hand, and works for a collision repair shop, and he said there’s no way there’s $17,000 worth of damage to my car. I knew I should have taken my car to him in the first place. I would have already had my car back. All I wanted was to get my car fixed, and get back to normal life…. This whole process has been an absolute NIGHTMARE, and caliber has done nothing but add fuel to the fire.
