Comment : Shawn and Matt were absolutely wonderful! They so kindly and patiently reattached my mud flapper — literally getting under my car and fixing it perfectly. What I thought was going to be a hassle was handled quickly and efficiently, and they treated me exactly how people should treat one another — by the Golden Rule.

The waiting area was pleasant and welcoming, with fresh coffee and even fresh popcorn in the lobby. The entire staff took a load off my shoulders, and I left feeling genuinely cared for. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Comment : I actually went in for an estimate for what I assumed would be a small job. I was helped immediately, and a few minutes later I was speaking to someone about an estimate. The gentleman asked if he could have a few minutes to look closer into the problem (couldn't get the hood open after a minor fender bender). About 15 minutes later the guy had thr hood open and the latch functional. Other place quoted me $1800 because they said they would have needed to pull some parts from the yard and rebuild the front end to get the hood operating again. Glad I tried Caliber.

Comment : The people at Caliber have the best service in town. They got me in when nobody else in town could and they even finished early. My car was super clean and full when I picked it up everybody in the office is so nice and the repair team stayed in constant contact..
