Comment : I had a wonderful experience with Caliber Collision. I initially took my car to North Ridgeville, however, Debi and Courtney suggested faster services with Matt and Dan at their North Royalton location. They arranged my car to be taken over before and back after repairs were finished. The whole team went above and beyond to ensure the work was done correctly and efficiently. Matt was exceptional! Updating me the whole way through. Their customer service is impressive and outstanding! My car was not only in great hands but looks like I bought it off of the lot again. Matt was thorough in updates of what services my car would have, down to the day it was happening. After I picked up the car, he called again to make sure I did not have any other concerns and was happy with the results. They took great care of both of us, a weight was lifted off my shoulders to know they actually care. Would absolutely suggest any friends or family to take their business at either location if they are in need of work done on their vehicles. Thank you very much to both teams!

Comment : Windshield replacement was okay, but the installer had issues with accessing the glass. Left bolts out of a coil spring that I had to replace myself. Was a $100 deductible for my insurance otherwise I would have made them take care of it.

Comment : Refused to honor a lifetime warranty due to shop being sold off. Just takes name change to not honor warranties I guess. Did email you, no response in over 2 weeks
