Comment : The staff is friendly, professional, and courteous. The repairs needed to be longer than originally anticipated, and the manager walked me through the obstacles to fully explain the wait. The manager even took additional time in our call to discuss auto body as a career path within the company for my high school son who is interested in this field.

I had a windshield replacement and some body work done. It took 3+ weeks which seemed excessive. This wasn't some $5000+ repair.

When I picked up the car, the new windshield had adhesive or some huge marks still left on it. So I had to go back in and have them clean it off. How does that happen? They don't check it before sending it out?

I had my left headlight replaced. Fine. But now the left one is clean and clear, and the right one is dirty and basically is a total mismatch. You'd think they would at least give me the heads up, or clean it. If not as a courtesy then go ahead and charge me for it or give me the option. Don't just give me back a car with one clean headlight and one that's yellow or dirty.

They also don't accept cash and you have no way of knowing until you try to use it to pay.

Comment : They fixed my car in only 2 weeks after I hit a deer. They were very professional and my car looked amazing after they finished it. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for collision repair!
