Comment : Natrona Heights Caliber Collision is where I went the beginning of April 2026. A deer hit my car under the passenger's headlight. There was an issue when I took my car in for my appointment and I did not have high hopes for the encounter; however, it was turned completely around. The receptionist when I called in found out answers or had the people call me back. The GM called me when he was made aware of the initial situation. I was sent text messages from my "collision specialist". My car was ready a day early; which was wonderful. I did not think it was going to happen. It was washed, swept and dusted which I did not expect and was a terrific surprise. I hopefully will not need to go back in the future but if I do have any issues. I most definitely will be going to the Caliber Collision in Natrona Heights. I highly recommend them for any collision needs you may have.
