Comment : I brought my 2014 GMC 2500 to have the dented box panel repaired and additional body work in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. I was able to get an estimate and get it in for repairs within a couple of days. I provided additional parts (headlights, tail lights and a replacement tailgate to have installed also). The manager Warren worked with me on fair pricing as it wasn’t going to be an insurance claim. Shockingly he told me the repairs would be done in about 2 weeks (in the past my truck sat on another auto body shop lot for two months. Needless to say I picked it up). No special parts had to be ordered, so he was spot on his time estimation. Tashia who is the Office Manager was very friendly and willing to help in any way. We worked on the best dates for the repairs to get done and she got me on the calendar quicker than I expected. The actual work which was completed was to a very high standard and looked awesome. They installed all of the parts I provided and treated my truck as if were their own. Hats off to the auto body technicians Tommy and Richie. Finally, I want to give a big shoutout to Grant. I received constant communication from him, updates on progress, and what I needed to do to keep things moving forward. From day one he was friendly and extremely helpful. Both managers and Grant helped me navigate financing the repairs through Afirm. Bottom line up front. This is a great team and Caliber Collision should be thankful to have them as employees. I would definitely have work done with them again.

Comment : Caliber Collision did such amazing work on my wreck 2023 Nissan Sentra. My bumper was busted and my fender wheel had been dented and now it look brand new! The front desk lady was so informative, helpful, and explained the whole process. She even did all the communication with my car insurance which was a life saver as this is my first time having to use my car insurance so I was lost until the front desk lady walked me through it. I was so impressed with the service at Caliber Collision so I 10/10 recommend this place for vehicles body work!
UPDATE ON RECENT REVIEW….. So after receiving my car back the next day I noticed my driver door handle was not working as it had before taking it in to be repaired, and I use this feather every day as I am a very busy mom of two and always have my hands full. Me being able to press the button on the outside handle to unlock my door while my key fob is in either in my pocket or purse is a game changer for me, so Caliber Collision told me no problem to bring it on back and they will check it out to get it fixed! I was able to take my car back to them on 4/10/26 and the gentlemen did check it out and stated they we’re not sure why it’s not working as none of my fuses were out. Everything was connected so the gentleman told me he would order me a new door handle, and hopefully that would fix the problem as sometimes that happens with these newer vehicles, which I understand however it is now 4/23/26 and I have not received a call back so I reached back out to them, which I totally understand places get busy have a lot going on no biggie! When I spoke to the lovely lady on the phone, she asked me if it was the passenger handle and if it was the inside handle or outside handle and then told me it was not in yet; hopefully it will come in soon so I can update this review with being fully satisfied Because even though they did fantastic work on repairing my bumper and fender and driver side back door I would love for my handle to work as it did before I took it in!

Thank You to everyone who assisted in repairing and making my vehicle beautiful again. Customer Service was excellent. Dropped off March 31 car was ready April 17 as promised 😊 my before and after photos wouldn’t upload but they did an amazing job 👏🏽

I was updated at least three times a week regarding each phase of progress and the completion of my vehicle. The updates gave me peace of mind. I was also able to get my vehicle back a week early from the estimated completion date. You guys did a great job! Thank you so much, and I would definitely recommend this location for services.
