Comment : My car got rear ended when the snow hit and I was able to take it to them because my insurance worked with them. And I?m so glad that they did because they were in good communication with me. They dealt with my rental company to make sure I was still able to keep my rental when the car was being g worked on and the insurance company. The customer service was awesome. And when I got my car back, they detailed it to where I felt like I was getting my car off the car lot. I would definitely recommend them because the experience that I had was awesome.

Comment : Everyone was super friendly, my car was done early and they even cleaned out the inside for me. Hopefully I won't need to take my car to the shop again, but if I did I'd choose Caliber.

Comment : This is my 2nd time at Caliber Collision. My first car was done with such excellence that there wasn't any hesitation as to who I trusted my car with again. Greg was very professional. He kept me informed on EVERY detail during the process so that I wasn't left questioning anything. Don was EXCEPTIONAL!! I felt as if my car was his car. You can tell he takes pride in his work. He gave a very detailed explanation of what was repaired and how (as he personally worked on the car).The car looked immaculate upon arrival. McKenzie was also warm and welcoming as always. 5 stars for BOTH the customer service and job well done on my vehicle!

Comment : They did a great job repairing my car. There were some unavoidable delays and my disappointment would have been less had I been informed of the reasons for the delays. All in all I am satisfied with the thorough and professional job they did.
