Comment : At first my experience was going really well with this location. BUT, they had me sign off that repairs were complete even though they were not.

I gave them some grace because my mirror that needed replaced was on a national back order.

Got the new mirror in and installed but the controls didn?t work. They messed with it and said ?it must be a faulty mirror? and ordered another one, which was also on national back order.

They were supposed to call me both times the mirror arrived and did not. I had to call and ask what the status was only to find my mirror had been sitting there. Went back and got the second new mirror installed and, again, the controls didn?t work. I was told ?it must need calibrated ?. However, the person that does calibrations wasn?t in. I was asked to call back the next day, which I did and wasn?t able to speak to the person I needed to. I called two more days after that with no call back.

Finally I took my truck to the dealership for maintenance and asked them to look at the mirror. Turns out the mirror wiring was plugged in backwards. I called Caliber and left a message to see what they were prepared to do to reimburse me for the dealer fee since they couldn?t resolve my issue. It was only $189 for diagnostics and one hour of labor?

To this day I have still not received a return call. I truly feel like I was being blown off because my insurance had already paid them, the work was ?done? (even though they never got my mirror working), and they didn?t know how to fix it.

Again, everything was going ?ok? until they couldn?t properly fix my mirror or bother to return my calls. And the real kicker was that they just didn?t plug it in correctly.

Lesson learned: DO NOT SIGN OFF ON THE REPAIRS UNTIL IT IS COMPLETELY DONE. Then they will definitely call you back to ensure they get paid. Like I said, I was trying to be understanding since the mirror was on back order.

Comment : Tayler, the manager, and Cara, the office administrator, were absolutely fantastic. After I had just arrived in the area, they ensured my vehicle was actioned immediately and helped coordinate my enterprise rental at a very reasonable cost.
The entire team stayed in constant communication with me, answered all of my questions, and provided detailed information throughout the process. They made the transition seamless as I transferred my service from a Caliber Collision from another state.
I truly appreciated their professionalism, responsiveness, and support during a stressful time. Highly recommend this location.
