Comment : My car was sent there after an accident. They kept it for 2 weeks, before calling me and telling me they couldn't work on it because their policy prohibits them from working on vehicles with rust. The sad thing is, the rest wasn't even in the damaged area The damage was in the front, the rest was in the rear. I mean come on, does it really take that long to tell a person you can't do anything? Had they called me back after they had it for the first day, I could have taken it to a real body shop. They didn't even bother to bring it in the shop or give me an estimate. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
