Comment : After being rear ended & me having to leave town while repairs were being made they kept ne informed throughout the process. Upon return they delivered my vechil to my driveway with a excellent repair & paint job. Was very pleased with customer service they were all very professional. I highly recommend Caliber Collison for all your repairs

Comment : I've been seeing caliber in my town but thought it was a local business . But it's nation wide from what I know now . Would I go back . Perhaps . But the 30 days was a little too much . But I understood . Pic below was before being fixed . Didn't take an afterwards pic . But imagine seeing one in top shape . !

Comment : The staff in the Bowling Green branch did a good job with the repair and it was reasonably priced so that insurance covered everything including new bumpers. The car looks great and service was speedy. Unfortunately, a billing error cost me extensive time and money. Caliber mistakenly ran my check twice and took over $3100 out of my checking account. They were unable to resolve the problem and could not give me an immediate refund even though they acknowledged the mistake. They said it would take 2-4 weeks to receive a paper check refund from their corporate office in TX. The people in the BG location felt terrible and worked hard trying to troubleshoot the error, but to no avail. The system is terribly broken if a business trying to correct the mistake of taking over $3100 from a customer cannot fix it in a couple days. They should have overnighted a check to me. After one week of waiting and numerous phone calls, I had to go through my bank and dispute the charge as fraud. My bank gave me a credit in under 24 hours. The thing that I can emphasize about this situation is that the people were wonderful and they did good work. The service before the financial problem was excellent. I am satisfied with their work and how they treated me when attempting to find a resolution; just use caution when you check out. The managers were crippled by the company's policies and procedures for handling the mistake. I would have given them 1 star if not for the great people who tried so hard to help me.
