Comment : Caliber in Berlin, CT, is a first-rate auto body shop that you can be confident will do excellent work on your vehicle. My service adviser, Noel, oversaw the repair, making certain all work was done in accordance with the inspection report he prepared. Noel went above and beyond. The AA, Sarah, could not be kinder, more effective, and more pro-active, coordinating appointments, rental cars, etc. I am grateful to Noel, Sarah, and the entire Caliber team.

The truth is he went above and beyond. What a pro! Sarah, who works the front desk, knows how to treat customers. Thank you! I am grateful to the two of them and to the entire Caliber team.
