Comment : Before I start I just want to say that my car has more sentimental value than monetary value because my father left it to me just before he passed away. My car was a hit and run but less than $4,000 damage so when I saw the damage I was heartbroken. I had called the police they had a report called my insurance company right away they gave me a list of names of repair shops that they have contracts with and Caliper Collision was one of them. I knew where there was one and it was in my local area so that's why I chose Caliper Collision. They called me the same day that I made my report and that happened to be a Sunday. The young lady that I had spoken to, gave me an appointment time for the next day on Monday and my car was in the shop at that point. When I took my car over a gentleman had walked around with me made markings on the car of repairs that need to be done and explain to me various things. Communications at that point was excellent in my opinion. The office personnel were also excellent in communicating with me. The text messages that I received for let me know of updates on my car we're also excellent. When my car was ready and I picked it up I looked at it before walking in and I was extremely impressed it's a work that was done to the car. It looked like it had never been damaged at all and the paint was matched perfectly. As I told some people about my incident with this car and I told them where I had my car repaired. So at this point I would recommend 100% caliber collision to any of my friends. Excellent job and excellent communication keep up the good work.
