Comment : I went into my local caliber collision center in Wylie Texas today. I bought a monthly car wash subscription. You know the one where you drive through the tunnel to get your car cleaned and then you pull off to the side and you dry and vacuum it yourself. Something happened while my car was going through the tunnel and it appeared to have dislocated a part of the front bumper. I took the car into caliber collision for them to take a look at it. Rodney was the service person who came out to give me a quote on the repair. He took a close look at the issue and determined that it was a very simple fix. It was just a matter of pushing a part of the bumper back into a clamp where it had been dislodged. Rodney made the necessary adjustments and did not charge me any fee to do so! I was so shocked and surprised by his customer service and his honesty. Caliber now has a lifetime customer in myself and thank you Rodney for your integrity and your honesty. You're a good guy.

Comment : They are terrible. Repaired my car, and did not put my wheel lock back in my car. Then, when I call to let them know, they won't let me speak to the location. On top of that fact, that they did not repair my car back to original state. Check engine light been on every sense.

Comment : I had hailstorm damage. I was dealing with Rodney in Wylie, TX. They left some kind of adhesives on the paint, on the INSIDE of the left rear door leather that wont come off, and on the glass. There was shop dust all over the inside and outside of the vehicle. They scratched my WeatherTech Side Window Deflectors. I called them to tell them about these problems and they were not really interested in hearing it. Rodney did say he would get new deflectors on order but I never heard from him again. Do not take your vehicle here.
