At the beginning, I had my vehicle towed (on a Thursday) and never heard from him until I physically went into the shop that following week (Tuesday) to check on the status of my vehicle. Towards the end of the service, I sent him a text and email regarding concern over the work done on the lower control arm and he did not respond to either. The following day, I called him to follow up. Not terrible service, but in those situations communication lacked.
