Comment : Extremely Disappointed – Poor Workmanship and Serious Safety Concerns
I strongly caution anyone considering Caliber Collision, especially if their insurance company recommends them as a preferred repair facility.
Farm Bureau Insurance pressured me to use Caliber Collision after my truck sustained significant front-end damage. From day one, the process was filled with delays, poor communication, and questionable workmanship.
Initially, a manager disputed coverage for my crushed battery and bent frame. Repairs took approximately two months, including delays caused by a technician failing to properly reconnect and test components after reinstalling my dashboard.
After Caliber straightened the frame, the rear end was reportedly more than 30 degrees out of alignment. Bella, a manager, also admitted the alignment shop could not properly align the front end. Despite this, I was told my truck was ready. I refused delivery due to safety concerns.
Bella then reportedly told my Farm Bureau adjuster the truck was within specifications, contradicting what she had previously told me. Toyota subsequently informed me the truck was unsafe to drive.
Adding to my frustration, Bella quoted me $1,780 for additional paintwork but presented me with a $2,400 invoice — $620 more than quoted.
After two months, I expected a safely repaired truck, honest communication, and fair billing. Instead, I was left with serious safety concerns, questionable repairs, and unexpected charges.
I am extremely disappointed in both Caliber Collision and Farm Bureau Insurance. I would not recommend Caliber Collision to anyone who values quality workmanship, honesty, fair pricing, and vehicle safety.

Comment : Dropped off our car for a minor repair, scratches on our rear bumper. Bella was great and got our car finished quickly. They even did a quick vacuum and wipe down which was very much appreciated. Maybe even did a car wash too. My back blinker was going out and they were kind enough to change that out for me as well. We will definitely be back, but hopefully we wont need to!

Comment : This is the second time I have brought my car to the Caliber NRH location; both instances were for auto collision repairs (you got to love commuting in North Texas). The repairs were done in less time than quoted while still maintaining quality. I hope to not have to return a third time, but I will always suggest Caliber to others in need of vehicle repairs.

Will not hesitate to use Caliber collision for any future needs. Especially this location. Work and staff both always great!

Comment : I have had two repairs done to my car here and both times Robert has been very informative and helpful the whole way through. Their techs are quick, thorough, and have great attention to detail, going above and beyond by cleaning my car inside and out before getting it back! I will continue coming to this location for any repairs I need done in the future
