Comment : Unfortunately, we had an extremely disappointing experience with Caliber Collision, especially with Zach Dancer, who was responsible for assisting us.

When I left my vehicle, Zach personally promised me that he would make sure everything was handled properly, that the seats would be covered while they painted, and that they would do an excellent job. However, when I picked it up, his attitude and explanation were completely different.

The quality of the work was very poor. We found hoses disconnected, wires left loose and hanging underneath the bumper, imperfections in the paint, and what appeared to be overspray inside the vehicle. We had left the rear seats folded down and covered, but they had been raised, and the entire interior was returned extremely dirty. The vehicle had also been driven a few miles when there was no reason or authorization for them to drive it.

Instead of taking responsibility or offering a real solution, Zach repeatedly said that he understood and apologized, but it felt like he was simply washing his hands of the situation. He handed me the keys and walked away as if none of it mattered. His promises before the work and his response afterward were completely different.

They had already kept our vehicle long enough, and after seeing how carelessly it had been treated, we no longer felt comfortable leaving it there. We took it home, and we are still having to correct loose wires and other problems they left behind.

Based on the poor workmanship, lack of care, broken promises, and Zach's unwillingness to take responsibility or provide a solution, we cannot recommend Caliber Collision.
