Comment : My truck was in Caliber's care for approximately 4 days. The day I picked it and started the engine, all of a sudden I'm hearing weird noises that were NOT there prior to drop-off. The Manager claimed no wrong doing but I'm very skeptical and will never bring my vehicle to a Caliber location ever again.

Comment : We took our 2024 Land Rover Defender to Caliber Collision on Aldine Westfield rd , Tyler was our advisor, he was terrific, he kept us advised through every step of the repair from start to finish. Caliber did an amazing job on our vehicle and our vehicle was completed ahead of schedule, we definitely recommend Caliber Collision, thanks Tyler !!!!

Comment : My Porsche 911 was recently sideswiped (glancing blow) by an 18-wheeler on the freeway. The damage required replacement of the left door, treatment of some scratches, and the blending of the paint with the rest of the vehicle. I also took this opportunity to have some other dings repaired. My service representative, Manuela Benitez, did an excellent job of keeping me informed of progress and coordinating with my insurance company. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work.
