Comment : I came back here because I was happy with the service when I got my breaks done last year , but after this experience I won t be back. While the staff is very friendly they are not professional my car has been there since the 13th of course I m tired of the inconvenience, so when I pick up my car I expect it to be done correctly. The tire pressure sensor was something in my initial notes that needed to be taken care of when I picked it up I realized the light was still on they ensured me that it would be a quick fix still inconvenienced me because I had to drive an hour away from work to bring it back then I come after work after they text me the light is off your vehicle is ready that is what really makes me mad because you just assumed didn t even go check knowing that it was an issue I go back after work and sure enough it is still on !! All the options they provided to bring it back were huge inconveniences for me I shouldn t even have to be doing that in the first placeI came back here because I was happy with the service when I got my breaks done last year , but after this experience I won t be back. Comment : Love this place, every time we use their service they are so nice and helpful. Never had a bad experience here. Would recommend! Did not know they offered shuttle service which is a major plus!
