Comment : I went there the first time bcuz it was close to my house and they provided free shuttle service which I greatly appreciated. I had the repairs done that were in the red per their diagnostic check which I felt was overpriced, but my bad for not getting other quotes so I okayed the work. When I went to get my car I was told by the tech he couldn t turn my car off ???After being shuttled back home so they could figure out that issue I got my car back after a couple of days. Fast forward a few weeks my car started doing the same thing I took it in for the first time. I called and spoke with Jeff who had helped me the first time and told him my issue, so I took it back to them to recheck their work. Only to receive rudest customer service I have experienced from an establishment, especially one that supposedly guarantees their work. They also kept my car for almost a week before getting back to me, did work without my okay and then quoted me another enormous amount, mainly labor cost to fix something that could have been taken care of the first time if it was that bad and needed repair. Comment : Worst experience ever!! Went for a state emission test. They told me that the obd2 was not working on my end, but it was actually their fault. I had to go to another place and tada it worked out! They did close down the state inspection and told me they will refund, so I will give 2 stars.
