Comment : LADIES STAY AWAY!!
If I was able to give a negative star I would. I made a complaint with corporate and I was told that management from the shop would give me a call to discuss my charges. I'm still waiting for that call. It's been over a month.
I was polite, kind and understanding but all they saw was money$$. I was told that I needed an oil pan, which was a lie. I was told that they couldn't take my car from off the rack so I can go to Ford, that was a lie. It took my father to get on the phone with them and be rude for the price to jump $3,000 to a $1,000 bill.
Why was I charged $600 for an oil pan plug service?
I'm waiting.

Comment : Took vehicle in for oil change. Apparently the screw holding my air filter box together was broken... interesting that I didn't notice that when I checked my car for a trip a week ago. Anyway they did not offer to fix it said not to worry about it unless check engine light came on. Just doesn't seem the same since they changed names......
