Comment : I had an excellent experience at Caliber Auto Care, Sachse Tx location. They did exactly what we needed and did not try to push a lot of extra things on me. Their priceses are competitive. The car was finished exactly when the said it would be. And their waiting area was fantastic...clean, comfortable chairs, free coffee, a large variety of teas, and bottle water. Comment : Do NOT take your vehicle there!!! I dropped my truck off to have a complimentary break check analysis and they said it would take a hour to a hour and a half. I've been waiting for over 2 hours and they still haven't looked at my breaks!!!! I'd rather spend double at Breaks Plus or pay triple at the dealership than take my truck there ever again!!!!! So now, when my truck is "supposed" to be done, will be 13 more minutes so 2 and a half hours later. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE EVER!!!!!Do NOT take your vehicle there!!!
