Comment : Great experience! I took my car in for routine checkup and maintenance including tire change. They did a wonderful job communicating with me so I could understand what’s going on, ETA, and what they are finding. They didn’t find much wrong, but what they did find, they were clearly able to explain why it’s important and why it needs to be replaced. Overall wonderful experience.

Comment : Got advertised VIP package and they didn t replace cabin filter as they were supposed to.Requested to check on a problem and they suggested to replace only front rotors when rear ones have the same issue. I guess instead of making full diagnostics they decided to go with partial. Which wouldn t resolve my issue if I went with their advice.When caliber started they were really nice, now you see all the new ppl each time and name changes. Place was empty and really slow not to have time for proper diagnostics. I guess the pay rate is so low that they simply don t care.Also they didn t bother printing/sending an estimate for the suggested job. Asked 2 times for it and got verbal aprx amount.
