Comment : This store lacks in communication, organization, as well as respect for their clients and their time.

We came back to this location because I previously had taken in to have my heat fixed.

Heat was not working properly and my AC also went out so we took back due to heat being under warranty. My husband called the prior Thursday and spoke to Gina letting her know what was going on and she let him know we could drop off the following Monday.

When I got there Monday I was expecting to just drop my truck off and be on my way (less than 10minutes) it took them almost 35 minutes to locate my truck in the system. Had I not had a copy of their receipt I’m sure it would have taken longer. When I mentioned my husband called in Thursday there was an excuse of “ohh Thursday was one of those days”.

Fast forward to Thursday we had not heard anything about my truck so when my husband called in they still hadn’t looked at it.

Followed up Friday and gave them the green light. We were told my truck should be ready no later than Tuesday afternoon.

We called Monday to follow up again: we were told my truck would be ready no later than Tuesday afternoon.

My husband followed up Tuesday with Chris at 4:00 pm before I headed over there and was told my truck still wasn’t ready yet but would be done no later than 5:30. My husband let them know I would just pick it up today (Wednesday morning).

I showed up at 10:30 this morning to pick up my truck and it’s still not ready. We were then told it would only take about 20-30 minutes and they would give us a call when completed. It is now 1:30 and we still have not received a call notifying us that the truck is ready.

I have meetings and will not be done until 6:00 pm. In order for me to pick up my truck I have to pay even though I am unable to verify my truck was correctly fixed this time after not being fixed correctly the initial visit because it will be after their store hours.

Gina did offer to “upgrade me to a fancy uber” however my time and the disruptions to my clients schedules due to Sun Autos poor communication is worth more than a fancy uber ride.

Comment : Had a wonderful experience at this location. The place is clean, warm, inviting! The waiting area has a lot of space to work, with plenty sockets and chargers in the waiting area. Eddie was great to work with, was very friendly, patient and helpful. Highly recommended this location!!
