Comment : The emissions test was done quickly and they checked a few other items, e.g. tire wear and inflation, air filters, etc. Nice. The reason for 4 stars versus 5 is that a typo on the report meant I had to go back for them to correct the license plate number.
Still to their credit, everyone there was nice, polite, apologized and didn't charge for the retest. All in all, I think I will be their client for the next car service I need.

Comment : I went in for a vehicle emissions inspection I was in and out quickly. The techs who helped me were both professional and helpful. I plan to go back for my next oil change, and hopefully I can still rate them 5 stars.

Comment : Work paid for was done very well as usual. 2 things were disappointing. Picked up my vehicle, and the battery was low enough car didn t start. Zero issue w/ this battery or car starting before picking it up day after dropping it off for the maintenance. Excuse I received was that a battery only lasts about 3 years in TX. Maybe but that hasn t been my experience. They recharged to get the car running again. Hopefully, I don t need a jump later. The other issue was w/ cost. Granted, the quote I d received on a number of maintenance needs was done a while back, and this was the last needed on that list, the cost of this one increased about 2.5x. Comment : This new company bought my auto shop and ruined it. They used to do right by the customer- meaning they would not try to sell something the customer didn't need or want. This new company seems to have a policy of recommending services neither needed nor asked for. I had 2 items that needed to be replaced and both were over priced with a "standard warranty" of 2 years, which my car will probably not make. Comment : I went there to replace TPMS sensors in tires.I was quoted almost $800 for four sensors replacement. The desk guy said since they are touching tires, Wheel balancing, wheel alignment is needed. And while we are doing this get the tire rotation too.So I went to Discount Tire and was done for $240.Their front desk guy is shady guy who forces all kind of services not required.For oil change he said air and cabin filters were dirty and brake flush is needed. I did both at home.
