Comment : I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. I called ahead and was told the wait time was 45 minutes. It s been over 2 hours and they still have not changed the oil. Claims the oil is here but they cannot change the oil due to it not being in their system. This place USE to be good when it was Caliber. Bryce is a joke of a manager as well. Comment : Absolutely horrible experience. I brought it in to replace alternator and belt and new batteries after belt broke and engine overheated. They replaced all that sent me home said all was good. I then found my Radiator leaking which they failed to tell me about the first time. I spent $2800 fixing origjnal issue only to be told I have to spend $1500 more replacing radiator. They told me all is done and we drove it and confirmed no more issues!! WRONG!!!! I got home in less then 1 hour saw coolant leaking from the bottom of car and smoke from burning coolant. The mechanics which don t know what they are doing AT ALL overfilled the coolant tanks 3 inches above the max line! Now I have coolant leaking once again!! Over $4700 and every time I get it home it s just one more thing! Oh and now the front parking sensors that have had nothing wrong ever suddenly don t work the moment I drove home!! Stay away from this place it s like they are intentionally causing more issues so you have to spend more $$$ I will be contacting the BBB and if needed an attorney!! Comment : Came for state inspection with a perfect ignition key without any problems ever.My key was broken and damaged under their watch and I was not told about it.I touched my keys to crank after inspection and discovered it was broken apart.All the rude manager came out to say that the car is more than 10 years and the plastic can break anytime and it could have happened to me anyways somewhere.I humbly request that my key be replaced because somebody is being disrespectful and dishonest .Very regrettable and sad experience.Came for state inspection with a perfect ignition key without any problems ever.My key was broken and damaged under their watch and I was not told about it. Comment : First time visit and I was pleased with the level of attention. From the moment I got there, I was treated with respect and was provided the correct expectations. I had a State Inspection done, and while I waited about 15 minutes or so, I had the liberty of serving myself coffee while waiting in the designated waiting area. I had also asked for my tire pressure to be checked, and it was done at no extra charge.
