Comment : DO NOT GO HERE! Just waited from 8:30am to almost 3:00pm for a mount, balance, and alignment. They didn't finish the alignment because i told them to stop, and that 6.5 hours is ridiculous. They hadn't even worked on the front yet, so it probably would've been another 30 min wait added on. Just about SIX AND A HALF HOURS!!! This was not a drop-off. I literally waited in their lobby this whole time. Still got charged for the alignment. They've got problems. This is Sun Tire & Auto, previously Caliber Auto.DO NOT GO HERE! Comment : I have had my Fiat for 12 years and had my mechanic back in California that I trusted completely. When we moved here, I was very wary going to a new place and man oh man this place has not disappointed!They have taken care of my car extremely well, even when major issues have come up. They have been honest, transparent, and forthright! Comment : Mike is the best manager that I have ever encountered at an auto shop. I told him how much money I had to spend for a lot of services on my vehicle. I bought a rental vehicle from Enterprise and they don't take care of their vehicles. It was time to get some much needed maintenance on my vehicle, as my MPG had tanked. It was also close to 100,000 miles. Not only did I have a coupon, Mike even saved me more money! This place is better than any large chain, like Firestone. This store also provides Starbucks coffee! Comment : Service advisors are knowledgeable and helpful. They are also understanding. Been here multiple times after other shops failed. They even did a free fix by replacing a suspension bolt.

Comment : Went in for alignment, they made it worse. Gave me excuses, tried to sell me on some bull about parts being rusty. Won't be back. They gave me the printout of the "alignment" they did, and what they did was the old "toe and go". They literally didn't change the camber or the caster. All my bushings are tight, with only a few hundred miles on them. Typical retail auto repair.Went in for alignment, they made it worse.
