Comment : Registered my vehicle and received great service from Blake. When asked, Blake explained the name change was 8 or 9 months ago. The new process was great, I was allowed to say in my car. The whole registration process took only eight minutes by my watch. And I was in and out. Comment : I purchased a Nissan Murano from Enterprise in Plano. I noticed within the 7 days buy back something was wrong with the suspension. I called Enterprise to advise them of this. They instructed me to take the car to the auto shop they use, and they would cover the cost to fix it. I took my car to Caliber Auto Care for a diagnostic. They advised it was a strut housing issue and asked me to bring the car back in a week to get repaired. A week goes by, I went to the facility for repairs, and they did not even have the parts in-stock. They advise it was a dealership delay. Then offered to put after market parts on the car to repair it. I advised they could proceed with the after-market parts and asked if there would be a warranty. I stayed there for several hours for them to repair the car. After being repaired, when driving home I noticed when I apply my brakes my car was making a loud squeaking noise. I called back immediately and advised the shop of this issue, which was not there before taking my car for repairs. The representative advised me to bring my car in for them to look at it for a few days. I took my car back the following week and got a rental car for the repairs. They called and told me I needed to cover the repairs on my warranty, because they were repairing it again. Why should I have to put this on my warranty, and they didn't fix my car properly? After being really frustrated and put out with this experience, I agreed to pay the $100 deductible charged on the warranty. After 5 days of having my vehicle, I drive off in my car again and it is still squeaking when the brakes are applied. Either they gave me bad parts, did not fix my car properly or misdiagnosed the repair. I am not sure, but I am VERY unhappy. I called the corporate office several times and no one in management nor owner has called me back to make this situation right. They had the shop representative call me back and all he says is you need to contact Enterprise, because you are not happy with the car. I explained to him; I have no issues with the car other than the squeaking that continues after taking my vehicle there 2 times for repairs. He called me again and said, the matter had been closed and there was nothing more they could do to help me. Please avoid THIS place because they are not serious about their customer needs or expectations.I purchased a Nissan Murano from Enterprise in Plano. Comment : It's been a long 2 weeks of trying to get someone to help with my engine light. 3 diagnosis and 4 mechanics later no answers. I came to Sun Auto Tire & Service and was quickly taking care of. Not only did they fix my problem, I received the best care and service without leaving broke and defeated.
