Comment : My truck was leaking coolant and I could not figure out from where. I took it in for a diagnostic and recieved an email and text message the same day with a complete breakdown including pictures and videos of the problem along with other recommendations to have serviced. Jen was on top of it and helped every step of the way. She contacted my extended warranty company and figured out everything for me. She made the process easy for me.
