Comment : Cadwalader Service Center is a reasonably priced, TRUSTWORTHY, full-service mechanic shop. Cadwalader is located on a busy corner and parking can be a challenge but honestly, that's the only negative comment I have about the shop. I have been taking both of my vehicles here for two years and I've always been happy. This is not the cheapest shop and a reservation is helpful but the honesty and integrity they have shown me makes it well worth it.I would suggest this shop for all major and minor car repairs.Cadwalader Service Center is a reasonably priced, TRUSTWORTHY, full-service mechanic shop. Comment : After a recent experience at a truly awful dealership (don't go to Fred Beans Mazda in Willow Grove) with our 2 year old vehicle still under warranty, Vince saved the day. We appreciate his extremely fair prices, work ethic, honesty, speedy repair, and empathy after a truly heinous week trying to get our car repaired.Thank you. Comment : This place ruined three of my vehicles, a Volvo S80, Volvo XC90 and 1986 Toyota Supra. I took the Volvo S80 to the dealer for a door inspection and they informed me whoever was doing the maintenance had stolen my money. I walked out with a repair estimate of 7K, yes $7,000. Every repair they had said was correctly repaired was not. I was asked repeatedly who had done the work. The door was unsafe, the suspension was shot, and multiple other items that provided the vehicle operating unsatisfactory and most importantly unsafe. XC90 this was not the worst of the three cars that were at this shop. Yet somehow the repairs were dreadfully inadequate. I had to replace a Volvo with was supposed to be regular maintenance under a 100K miles. Unheard of. There were electrical problems, suspension issues, The biggest tragedy and travesties was the care not given to the Classic Toyota Supra. After a rebuild of the top of the engine. The check engine light was still coming on, for no apparent reason. I was told it was not important, REALLY! After spending multiple days and thousands of dollars still not even remotely working correctly. I have owned this vehicle for more than 20 years and this deplorable treatment. Another mechanic looked into the problems and asked who had done the repair work. Some work was done correctly but others were completely inadequate and incorrectly. From the cracked head, intake issues, compression issues, computer problems and too many other issues to list. This was just a simple repair that ballooned. A vehicle that was maintained meticulously was almost ruined. To make matters worse, after an inspection the cylinder head was cracked. Out of nowhere the head was broken. Right after getting the cylinder head gasket replaced. They over-tightened the head and cracked it. The jackass owner had the gall to say that he had seen the way I turned the corner. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! A corner turn cracking head! There are many nice cars in and around this shop. That s what caught my eye at first. This is possibly the worst mechanic and repair shop I ve and my family have ever dealt with. I would not recommend this shop. Beware, especially if you value your money and vehicle. They will suck you in and make you feel comfortable with the process and it s too late when you realize that you have been taken. Don t trust this mechanic shop or the owner. Nothing good will happen.

Comment : As a 20-something-year old female yuppie, it's always been uncomfortable to take my car to the mechanics. I'd always have to grab a male friend to hopefully defer some of the rips off offered to me from mechanics. Cadwaladers is truly the place to go when all you know is, "something is wrong with my car." These gentlemen are kind, honest and make it feel inviting. We've been taking my 2006 Saturn Vue here for about a year and I can't say enough how trusting I feel when I leave my car in their hands. Wonderful team, who provide great work.
