Comment : Best mechanic shop there is! My family has been taking our cars to Vince and his team for years, and we've never been disappointed. They're HONEST, reliable, efficient, and the nicest guys around! Prices are fair and reasonable, they're patient and answer all of your questions, and they never push you into unnecessary repairs or service. I can't say enough good things about Vince and the whole team!

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this auto shop! My car's gear shift cable randomly failed when I was trying to park, and this auto shop happened to be 1 mile from where I broke down, so I called to see if they could take my car. They kindly squeezed me in despite being booked for the whole week, and the process of dropping off my car with the tow was very smooth. When they asked if I had a ride and I said I would get an Uber to the train, they actually insisted on having someone drive me since it was a mile and a half down the road--and they said they often give rides there since it's so close. The man who drove me was very sweet and offered to pick me up from the station if needed when I returned for my car.

On top of their excellent customer service, they also quickly handled repairing my car, in addition to letting me know I was also in need of an oil change and tire rotation, without being pushy at all. They also noticed my spare tire somehow got damaged in my trunk and gave me another one for free. They did everything for my car within about 24 hrs and I was able to pick it up the next day, and their prices were very reasonable. I spoke to at least 3 different people there and everyone was very professional and kind--truly the nicest group of mechanics I've encountered. I would even consider continuing to bring my car here despite it being a 40min drive from me in Philly. Highly recommend them!

Comment : Today was my first time at this shop and Vince was so kind and patient with me. Even though I was in a time crunch he explained the problem to me clearly and fixed it in just in time. Many times I've gone to other shops and have been spoken to consescendingly, but at Cadwalader Service I was told what was wrong, what need to be fixed, and how to get that done. My experience here was very pleasant. I totally recommend for you to go here!! THANK YOU SO MUCH VINCE!!
