Comment : The experience was great up until the financing. I was told our loan was going to PNC Bank only to discover at the very last document it was Ally. The finance guy was slick I’ll give you that; but it left us with a very negative feeling.
Sam our sales guy was good and the salesman next to him.

Comment : My 2025 Equinox has ad a dead battery. The service department were able to completely recharge the battery. Since my inspection was due to expireb they took care of that also.

Comment : I was written up quickly. Informed they had a fob i inquired about earlier and they programed it. Had oil change, tires rotated and a state inspection done. All in all an outstanding experience
