Comment : I went to C&D to get a second opinion after being told at the local Hyundai dealership that my car needed $3,700 worth of work to replace the front axle and lower control arm for the car's suspension. The mechanic at C&D put my car up on the lift and showed me that everything with the axle and suspension were fine and sturdy. I appreciate that they took the time and showed me exactly why things were fine and didn't charge me anything for the quick consultation. Friendly and honest.

Comment : My car broke down and I had to get the car towed. After doing a diagnostic I was had a bad battery. I thought that was impossible being as that i had just bought a new one a few days prior. After talking to the mechanic I told him I was fine with them replacing it but i would like the battery back so I can return it to autozone. Upon pick up I was given the wrong battery and when i tried to return it to auto zone the guy told me he could process the return since it wasn?t what i originally purchased. I went take the wrong battery back to C&D. Now the battery is missing. This is a mess. After getting in contact with the person who collects the batteries. The battery was found and I was able to return it to autozone. They offered me a free oil change for the troubles and miscommunication. I am glad it all worked out and I was able to get my car fixed.

Comment : I had such an amazing experience at C&D Auto Service Center in College Park. The service was honestly incredible from start to finish. Sammy Jr. took such good care of me the entire time. He made everything feel super easy and stress-free, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his customers.

I went in for an oil change, brake inspection, and they also helped fix an issue I was having with my tires. Everything was handled quickly and professionally. Sammy Jr. explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and didn?t try to push anything unnecessary, which I really appreciated.

All of the staff were super friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. The customer service here really stands out, it was amazing, all thanks to Sammy Jr. and the team.

I?ll definitely be going back in the future. It?s hard to find a place you can trust, but this is 100% one of them. Highly recommend!
