Comment : I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with C&D Collision. From start to finish the communication was clear and concise. I had concerns with the color of my Acura being matched correctly, as it’s a pearl color. Their process of paint matching (down to researching the paint chips used during the production of my vehicle) were phenomenal. Working with Craig, Jordan and Josh was very pleasant. Though I hope to not have to use them again as after the result of damage to my vehicle, I wouldn’t hesitate to return. 10/10 all the way around!

Comment : Absolutely hands down exceptional company. Genuine, honest people work here. They are kind and respectful also. The work they do is amazing. The relationship and communication between them and you is so comfortable. You just know right away that you can trust them and they are going to make your car just right! Places like this are far and few between. C&D is the diamond in the ruff. Such a high caliber standard here.

Comment : I was involved in a minor accident and took my vehicle in for an estimate. Jason made himself available to look at my car that day and emailed me the detailed estimate that evening. This is based on a visual inspection, and I'm sure experience. They were able to get all the repairs done for me and stayed within the cost of the estimate. The work was done timely and professionally. Jason, Craig and Charlie were all of help to me at some point or another during this process and each of them were friendly, informative and answered all of my questions. My car looks great now and I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again should the need arise!!!

Comment : They did a great job repairing my car, and they did it very quickly. I only had a week left in town before I moved out of state, and they made sure to get it done in that limited time frame for me. Great customer service and attitude from everyone I spoke to.

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : Jason and Craig were fantastic to work with. I had an issue with a fleet car and they jumped through every hoop to help. There were numerous attempts to get the replacement part my car needed, each met with zero success. Jason and craig kept me up to date each time until it was finally resolved. To be honest: i wasn't the easiest customer to work with at times due to my annoyance with the situation. They were great the entire time and very professional.
