Comment : They knew my vehicle was in a county that didn?t require emissions but they failed my safety due to check engine light. Wouldn?t recommend?.. they try to find any and everything to get most out of you.

Comment : These people scammed my parents on a fixed income... My parents brought their Dodge Ram in because the heat stopped getting hot... Blower still worked.

They charged my parents a $300 diagnostic fee... Then told them it was a block in the radiator... Charged them over $1000 for a radiator... Then came back and said it wasn't the radiator... Then charged them thousands more for the heater coil... My parents get their truck back, and now the radio doesn't even work... And they will not stand behind their work.

I will be calling the BBB and every consumer protection agency between between DC, LA, and up to Maine.

I will be making a sign and standing on public easement in front of their building as well.

This place is a clown show..

I went to CC Automotive this morning after being stressed out all week because a light was on in my vehicle. I truly thought it was going to be a costly repair. A young gentleman came out to take a look, and he immediately noticed that someone had simply pressed the menu button. The light was only showing the amps on my charging system—not indicating that anything needed to be repaired.

He could have easily scheduled an appointment and charged me, but instead he was honest, kind, and straightforward. I am so thankful and grateful for the care he showed me. Honestly, it’s a 10-star experience for me.

Thank you again, and I’m sorry I didn’t get his name. We will always bring our business to CC Automotive.

Comment : I called and talked with Alex about services needed on my wife's vehicle. He was very polite and helpful. I went to C&C today and was very impressed with Alex and his crew. Very nice shop. The waiting area and the shop are clean. Great job guys. I will be a returning customer.

Comment : In support of local businesses I’ve taken my car to a handful of local auto shops. None of the other shops came close to providing the excellent, honest, affordable and respectful service I’ve received at C&C. Also C&C employs a large number of certified mechanics making it easy to get appointments and quick service. As a bonus C&C has a waiting area that’s large, clean, comfortable and has thoughtful amenities for those who need to wait for service. I’m very satisfied with C&C and highly recommend it. It’s the only shop I’ll use from now on.

Amanda is super friendly and helpful. The mechanic explained his assessment and was friendly They were busy as I had to schedule out a few days. The appointment was at 10:00 and I left at ~10:45. My 1st time experience was excellent.
