Comment : Took my van to be looked at. Really pricey just for a diagnosis that wouldn't even fix my main issue. They really didnt know and was throwing something at the wall to hope it sticks. (now I know it wouldn't have) But Thats not my main complaint.

The issue is after I left Monday, I called and asked for a quote for a different issue that I wanted to handle first. He said he would get it for me, but I needed to call in a few hours. I called, he didnt have the quote. Said he would call me before close, no call. I thought he was busy so I gave him some time the next day and called him for the quote. He still didnt have it! So he said he put a ticket in the system for it, would handle the quote, and get it texted to me the next morning… Guess what? Next day (Wednesday) I never got a text. Im not chasing a shop to take my money.

My thoughts are they want people who can just throw their money at them without question. And since I had to be financially conscious, I wasnt a priority.

James, Delores and Chris provide excellent customer service at the counter. They communicate clearly and timely. Their techs are skilled and they make sure to assign the proper tech for the job. I have had 2 vehicles get major work done, along with oil changes and the experience is consistent. These folks have integrity, honesty and even send you pictures with an estimate. It's awesome to have a shop that looks out for your best interests while providing great service.

Comment : I was impressed. They listened to what I had to say and didn't waste my time money. They even lent me a car so I wouldn't miss work. Who does that?! If you've been wondering who you can trust with your car and not have to worry about being screwed, you just found them.

Comment : This is the only Auto shop I trust! They’re very family oriented and unlike some shops they’re very honest and trustworthy. I’ve been taking my car here ever since I could drive. Great service and great people!
