Comment : I took my car there to have my brakes checked & they told me that they were rusted but still had good pad so they didn t recommend changing. They pulled Carfax for me and updated me on that & things I should watch for in the future. I m so grateful they didn t push repairs that I didn t need. I am definitely referring them to friends and will be taking my car there for life! Always pleasure doing business there.First Review: First time with Byrd and it was a very good experience. Glen was welcoming and patient when I came in and needed car repairs. They had to deal with some issues from previous technicians work and am very happy with the end result. Comment : I can t support this business in any way given the protracted and ultimately failed LR4 engine rebuild that I experienced. The owner of the business made several recommendations to me each of which cost me more and more money and each of which failed to work. I ended up with a car that was untrustworthy on the road, that constantly had remnant engine problems, engine lights flashing, shuddering, shaking etc. I ultimately spent well over $10,000 with Byrd and their only advice was to sell the car as quickly as possible. They even threatened to get their Legal adviser involved to intimidate mefurther. Comment : Called for a quote while truck was at another, very reputable shop. Tim answered and with a little info about the truck his quote was several hundred dollars less. They even picked the truck up from the other shop. They found a more serious problem (thank you!) and they got that fixed. I'll return to get the original problem fixed.
