Comment : Tim answered my initial phone call to Byrd Automotive. He recognized the issue right away and provided a rough estimate which was considerably lower than the other garage I had been to. He explained the work to be done plainly and the repairs were completed in a timely manner. I will be using Byrd Automotive from now on!

Comment : Zero stars. The proof is in. Asked for a new radiator for my new Jeep that just reached 54k miles. They stated it needed to have the AC system replaced to do so. Not only is that not recommended in My 2020 Jeep, the AC has a separate coil. They sit next to each other but are not related. Got a quote from a Certified mechanic at a shop in Conroe and had it fixed the next day. Byrd automotive wanted to rob me. Which quote pictured would you prefer. My Jeep runs great and Ive had it back for a month now.

Comment : Major engine break down of my GMC truck, of course out warranty. I am happy with the way the diagnosis and repair was performed. Repair took some time, but I was updated on the progress daily.
