Comment : Only bring your vehicle here if you have nothing else to do. Every time I come for an oil change it takes 3 hours. This time I went to have the 12v battery replaced, not only was their coupon a lie and I ended up paying twice as much as quoted, it took them 2 1/2 hours to change the battery. Next time I’ll go to Costco and change the battery in 5 minutes in the parking lot.

Comment : Unprofessional. Don’t waste your time scheduling appointments. Spent 30 minutes in their service garage after my appointment time to be told, “We service on a first come basis, not by appointment.” Thanks for wasting my time!
