Comment : I have been there twice in a week for the same issue. The first time it was multiple hundreds of dollars and the “fix” turned my check engine light off for four days. The second time I went (yesterday) was because my engine was still making a horrible rattle and was told they couldn’t do anything unless I dropped off my car - when the appointment was made we had discussed the need for transportation to get kids to/from school and me to/from work. I was offered a courtesy shuttle to get me home. I called back again this morning - my check engine light is back on, the rattle is getting worse, and the car is driving worse than when I brought it in the first time. I was told they might have a loaner at the end of next week, 8- 10 days from now.

The initial diagnosis and “fix” took just under two hours. I received a phone call to approve services and little conversation beyond “I sent you a list. Do you want to approve it?”, despite sitting in the waiting room and watching them call other clients to discuss service recommendations.
