Comment : Dropped my Kia off on a Monday. I added symptoms and other information regarding the symptoms to the appointment notes. Get a call Tuesday afternoon asking if I had any information regarding symptoms. Said I put them in the notes when scheduling my appointment. They say the notes never transferred. I give them info. They figure out the issue Wednesday. I approve of repair work. (Sensor replacement that should take 30 min tops) I call Thursday asking for update. Technician was reassigned and am told it should be ready for pickup Friday. I call Friday. Technician still too busy. My advisor was even appalled that the work had not been done for a simple sensor replacement. Car sits until Monday. I call Monday. They say they can't fit it in until late Tuesday. I finally go and just pick up my car as its been sitting there a week. Thankfully I am given a $20 off my bill for my troubles. I would reccomend not bringing your car here unless you are ok with not having your car for over a week.

Comment : Serviced our KIA (Warranty Work), great customer service, positive attitudes and overall a pleasant experience. We was there for 6 hours with 2 young children. We're pleased with our cars performance after the service. They also baked fresh cookies during the wait time.Thanks!

Comment : I have a 2012 Kia Sorento, and while trying to change a tire myself, I broke my locking lug nut adapter. AutoZone didn’t carry a replacement, so I came to this Kia dealership hoping they might help. The parts department kindly found an adapter that fit my lug nuts.

I also asked if I could borrow an impact wrench because the nuts were extremely tight, and I didn’t want to damage their adapter. While they couldn’t lend me the tool, they went above and beyond by having a technician come out to help me—even though my car wasn’t purchased there and is an older model.

It was about 90 degrees outside, and the lug nuts were very difficult to remove. The technician worked patiently for over half an hour, ultimately removing three of the locking nuts—even breaking two adapters in the process—and replaced them with regular ones I brought. The fourth one couldn’t be removed due to lack of adapters, but I was still incredibly impressed.

They didn’t charge me anything for all this help. I’m truly grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service.
