Comment : This company is the worst company you can use. They will miss treat you destroy your property and whatever you do please be sure to understand who you’re dealing with. My truck was towed by this company. I went there and paid 600$ to get my truck back for lot fees the when I paid them instead of them giving me my key and letting me have my vehical they made me wait hours and they went and got the truck and they place my vehical facing the wrong way pointed at ongoing traffic on the shoulder of the road when they had a whole parking lot that had 200-400 empty spots they when I got to my truck I could find the key looked all over and they said it was in the truck I noticed my brand new tires were balled on the inside and not only that the one was flat remind you I just put them on the month befor and the inside were worn out like that were dragging it on and off the tow truck without putting it in nutral but they said my key was in the truck so that made sense I had four different dewalt tools that were taking out of the truck and the service was more then disrespectful the treated me unfair and made me wait in the heat for hours when they knew what they were doing. I’m not doing this to get them in trouble I am doing this for all the innocent people out there that will be regretting the service they used if they don’t know please do yourself a favor and stay away from this business I did notice all the good reviews a a couple bad ones and I read all the good reviews and they were exactly the same because they are faked and they wrote them haha it’s funny I believe in god and I wish no harm on anyone I hope they find the lord as well because they very much need it and to treat people kind. So I confronted a worker when I couldn’t find my key and I was in outrage and the worker said dude I’m sorry I just work here and I know what goes on I’m sorry it happened to you I know it’s not right and YOU ARE NOT THE FIRST PERSON THAT COMPLAINED OR THAT THIS HAPPEN TOO and in my head I knew that I wouldn’t be the last SO I AM DOING THIS TO HELP KEEP THIS UN NESSECARY TREATMENT TO A BARE MINIMUM AT THE VERY LEAST ALL I CAN DO IS WARN PEOPLE. I am hope the company find the good lord and changes. We can pray but I wish everyone the best of luck that decides to deal with this company because I will never in my life again deal with them. Deal with him you’ll be stressed but Stay blessed

Comment : Horrible service, called 2 times in a month, both times I was told sure no problem and we???ll call ya back to let ya know when, no call back, so I call back and both times I was told they had a driver that was out, seems like a reusable excuse, why couldn???t they tell me that in the first place ? I know why, instead of being truthful they were either lazy or dishonest and was trying to send another tow company so they could still make a buck, by lying they let me sit and wait for hours and hours, just be honest so you don???t cause more problems for a potential customer, is that so hard !!??

Comment : Service is great the lady came around 7 at night to let us in and get everything out of our wrecked vehicle she was on point she was very nice she let us take about a half an hour trying to get everything we could out of our old vehicle that was that service is great on the other hand though A friend of mine had a truck built and they put the thermostat in the engine backwards which caused a lot of problems so I'm not too sure about their mechanics
