Gary went above and beyond to not only troubleshoot and fix several issues with the car, but he walked me through every step he took to get it up to speed. Now the car runs better than ever. Comment : After my car was stolen and recovered, it came back with a punched ignition, a broken driver's side door lock, and scrapes and scratches down the side. I brought it to Bussard's and from the moment my car was brought in, Javier took incredible care of the situation.He didn't just handle the repairs, he fought with my insurance company to make sure they covered everything that needed to be done! When I got my car back, it looked better than it did before the theft. The work was meticulous, the communication was clear, and the entire process felt handled.If you're dealing with a car repair, especially something stressful, I can't recommend this place enough. They were honest about what repairs we needed vs. what we could wait on.Also, our car was in an accident and they worked with our insurance to make sure we could get as much damages covered as possible.
