Comment : Burt Brothers lost a customer this week for being treated in a condescending/rude manner with zero communication. It took 4 full days to remove and install the left outer tie rod (granted the part was back-ordered 24-hours), complete a 4-wheel alignment and install 4 new tires. We were even lied to about the car being serviced (walked by 5 minutes after the call and the car was still sitting in the parking lot). Jimmy was unapologetic, did not offer any type of discount, and did not even fix and repair all the damages. They also forgot to give us the rebate and warranty info for the tires until we inquired about them. And, the icing on the cake is that after picking up the car, it still was not driving correctly so we had to take it to the Cottonwood BB location for an additional front hub assembly, which would have been obvious had they driven the car around the block...which it seems they did at one point because the radio was blaring an unfamiliar station upon pickup. Extremely disappointed with Burt Brothers and we will NOT be recommending them to any of our friends and family.

Comment : My go to shop for vehicle maintenance and tires. The staff is great at getting things done right. I also love this location because it is within walking distance of some of the best restaurants in the Valley.

Comment : I recently purchased new Firestone Destination LE2 for our Chevy Traverse. It was not after a lot of research, and looking at reviews that I decided to try Burt Brothers. The price was cheaper than other tire store locations, and I was able to get a $60 dollar mail in rebate. I am extremely happy with the tires on the vehicle, less noise, and I feel comfortable in the rain, waiting on the snow. Burt Brothers staff did not disappoint, I was immediately acknowledged coming though the door by Jimmy and Marino, they listened to my needs. I specifically want to thank Jimmy for all his help, he was able to get the tires in for me, and his awesome mechanic Troy, who aligned, and put my new tires on quickly. I was in and out in no time, and I will be taking my other vehicle to get the Firestone Destination A/T. Special thanks to Jimmy, and his great team.
