Comment : This may sound petty, but the last thing I want to watch is CNN on the waiting area television while waiting for HOURS while getting my cars serviced. That news channel is highly polarizing not only within this community, but across the nation. Their ratings have slipped more than 50% for a reason. Customers DONT want to watch that channel! Please turn on a channel that is neutral...say the Food Network, local news or the Golf Channel. Almost ANY TV channel, without being bombarded by continuous negative news reporting, would be a plus. Also, we have had 2 vehicles serviced here for almost 2 years and we have NEVER been offered a AAA discount on Labor! When was this offer put in place? BB get a VERY POOR customer service mark for that issue. Makes us wonder how many other discounts have been missed...

Comment : After being hosed on tires and finding out that a my alignment is a extra purchase I was pretty upset. Even more upset to find my tie rod was completely bent and needed to be replaced after leaving there. I am not saying they bent the tie rod but it was after I got my new tires my car started pulling to the right and when I picked my car up the traction and check engine light were on. I wish they would have at least said something to me before I tried to drive my car down Parleys that night. I will never go back
