Comment : I think I will not go back to this location again. I came on a Tuesday afternoon to have my alignment and suspension checked and was told they were too backed up, and instead to come back first thing in the morning when I could be first in line. I came back Wednesday morning at 7AM, and my car wasn't started on until well after 9AM. The snow tires were put on my car, but there was still some confusion about the main reason for my visit, which was to have my alignment and suspension checked out. After being there 3 hours, I was eventually told my alignment was fine. I then went to the Toyota dealership where I learned that my alignment needed to be adjusted and that the left rear shock needed to be replaced, both of which solved the problem. This location could improve by giving customers an estimated wait time, or at least how many cars are currently ahead in line to be fixed. Thank you.

Comment : Came in today to have my internet purchased tires mounted, balanced, etc. Other than my wait time being doubled from what I was quoted (quoted 1 hr) they did a good job at a fraction of the cost of Les Schwab. (Les Schwab will run out to greet you AND gouge you price wise, both of which I can do without.)My tires have a directional tread, and I waited to see if they would notice, or just throw them on. They know what they are doing here and everything looks good.

Comment : Wife took my truck in to get snow tires on and to fix stud that I broke off with my lug wrench. Got it home and they didn't fix it. Went in today took over 2 hrs to get my truck done. Super slow.
