Comment : Car mats were left with greasy footprints. I was frustrated with the initial time I brought the car in because I got a call from the lead tech saying nothing could be done and I had to take it to the dealer. Once I explained and took the master tech for a test drive he said he knew what needed to be done. Once the work was done it was 90% fixed but still had a minor wobble. Actually just seeing the AAA discount and it pisses me off that I wasnt notified or asked if I was a AAA member!

Comment : These guys truly are the best. I came the first time for a flat tire repair. They said they fix them for free even if you didn't buy tires from them. I have been back to get sets of tires for all my cars now. They are constantly the best price too. 5 stars for sure.

Comment : Hands down, the ONLY place we prefer to take our vehicles. We have been a long time customer of Burt Brothers but it was this last visit that really set our loyalty above.I walked in on Wednesday before Thanksgiving and was greeted by Dan. Dan had the unfortunate job of having to listen to my entire story on how another local dealership royally messed up our 2016 4Runner by forgetting to bolt on the lug nuts on our right front passenger vehicle a few months back when we had it in for normal "maintenance". Dan had to sit there while I explained everything that had been done to fix the shaking, alignment from then until now. I explained that overall, I needed peace of mind and needed it all fixed but also checked beyond just fixing. Did anything else break? Dan literally wrote the dissertation, going back and fixing the novel in his notes so that it was clear as to what happened. He never once made me feel like I was stupid, or that he was too busy to really listen. He listened to everything. I was so taken back at the sincerity that I wanted to do something kind, so the donuts that I had on hand from Jax Donuts (I was taking them to my work for my team members) I gave them to him and his team. Sorry team! What they don't know won't hurt them.When we went back later in the day to pick up the 4runner, he outlined everything that was done, what they saw and how they tested it out on the roads. (I was starting to think he just simply wanted to drive the 4Runner, LOL) Dan also outlined the charges. One of the things I have always loved about Burt Brothers is that they do not Nickel and Dime you, the cost was nothing. When I got in the 4Runner, things were so much better and I had piece of mind that things were actually finally good. Dan was the best experience I have ever had at Burt Brothers, I was laughing the whole time I picked up the 4Runner. I loved his customer service and I actually think he is probably the most handsome worker at Burt Brothers that ever existed.Thanks Dan and Thanks Burt Brothers!!!

Comment : Love this location! Nice staff, fast service, did my repair for half of what I was quoted at Firestone. Will be going here from now on
