Comment : Long time customer. Burns Motors service department has always treated me well. They're honest and reasonably priced. I'll continue to use them as needed. Letty is my favorite. She's always so friendly and trustworthy. I highly recommend her and them!

Comment : This dealership has shown me the worst experience of my life. Dropped off my vehicle 10 days ago, never got a call back for the diagnostics, kept getting the run around about calling me back and no ever did. The manager himself is incompetent and couldn't address anything. On the 10th day, I was told by the manager that he will have answer with 10 minutes but he ended leaving for the day and I never received a call back. They hire a bit of incompetent technicians that have no clue the difference between an onion and an apple. Will NEVER EVER RETURN TO THIS CRAPPY DEALER AGAIN ‼‼

Comment : Body shop has great service. JP always get the correct parts

Comment : It’s difficult to find good body shops in the valley especially when you own a car lot. I have dealt with body shops all over the valley. I can’t say much about burns motors but I can say over the years JP has always done a great job. I have bought many parts for my vehicles from him. He always finds the best deals without me saying anything. I know everyone has to make profit but he makes sure that there’s enough for everyone. There are numerous times where the incorrect part was order but he fixes it even before I know about it. I’m not here to bash any body shop, especially when there’s a good reason. But if you are ever in search of parts and a helping hand reach out to JP in Burns Motos Body Shop.

Comment : I don’t know anything about cars, but the body shop helped me understand the parts I was buying and determine the best fit for my truck. Ask for Juan Pablo, very knowledgeable.
