Comment : 100% satisfied with the custom glass for my shower. The measurements were taken and a couple options were provided. Once I decided on the style, the wait was the hardest part - about 4 weeks and the glass was in, and another two to schedule the install. The installers were on time, friendly, efficient and cleaned the space afterwards. Very pleased and definitely recommend!

Comment : Amazing service! Came in right at open and my front passenger window was replaced in about 2 hours! Everyone was so friendly! I also got my car back cleaner than I dropped it off ! I will most certainly be nack !

Comment : My recent experience was an object lesson in 'underpromise and overdeliver (with the exception of the business' on-line quote process which malfunctioned numerous tries). When I called and spoke to Mallory, she was very helpful in providing an email to send the photos of the screen door needing repair, but was forthright enough to offer an estimate based on my description. Three business days later, she emailed me with a quote less than her original figure AND offered an appointment two business days later. The team of two men arrived right on time, discerned what needed to be done and removed the screen door to be repaired right around the corner at their Williston road location; they said they'd return in thirty minutes--giving me time to vacuum the runners and wash the inside glass of those doors they removed-- but they were back in twenty, reassembled the whole fixture and did it all with good humor and efficiency. I went here for the fix based on a similar experience with my car windshield a few years ago and I was NOT disappointed!

Comment : Burlington Glass was the firm assigned by the original supplier to replace a failed pane of glass in my house that was still under warranty. They did a very professional job - I will call them in the future for any other required work.
