Comment : Issac the service advisor was incredible, as I drove up to service department he came out to greet me
Took my service request and asked if I would be waiting for my car and I said yes.

Issac explained about the COVID-19 protocol in the waiting area and to let him know if I had any questions to come and see him

Issac was very professional and friendly n. It showed that he cared about my wellbeing and safety

Issac then had them take my car in to the service bay area,

Steve the service manager saw me walking towards the waiting area and also greeted me, he asked if everything was okay and if I needed anything to let him know

I am really Grateful for Buena Park Nissan dealership for having such great service representatives

Comment : VERY BAD IN FINANCING IT TAKES A LONG TIME COMPARED TO TOYOTA AND WITH THEM MY EXPERIENCE WAS FASTER ABOUT 2 HOURS TO MAKE THE PURCHASE AND WITHOUT DETAILS LIKE IN NISSAN AND MY SCORE IS MORE WUE NOTHING SINCE IN SERVICE I TOOK MY CAR TO SEVERAL TIMES THEY WILL REPAIR IT AND THE CAR NEVER FIXED I HAVE HAD MY CAR FOR 4 YEARS I WILL GET ZERO MILES ON IT AND FROM THE FIRST MONTHS I HAD PROBLEMS AND TO DATE THE PROBLEMS WITH THE CAR CONTINUE THE LAST TIME I TOOK IT TO THE DEALER WAS ABOUT A MONTH AGO SUPPOSEDLY THEY REPAIRED IT AND A WEEK I WENT TO DO THE OIL CHANGE AND THE MECHANIC WHERE I TOOK IT SHOWED ME THE PART WHICH WAS SUPPOSEDLY REPAIRED IN NISSAN AND IT TURNS OUT THAT IT IS LEAKING OIL FROM THERE AND ON ONE OCCASION A SERVICE LADY COMMENTS TO HER ABOUT A NOISE WUE STARTED TO DO MY CAR ON THE ENGINE PART AND INSTEAD OF TELLING ME THAT HE WOULD TELL THE MECHANIC TO REPAIR IT HE JUST SAID THAT THAT NOISE WAS NORMAL WHEN HE STARTED MAKING IT ABOUT A YEAR AGO AND MY ONE STAR SCORE IS MORE WUE NOTHING DUE TO MY EXPERIENCE WITH 2 SELLERS ONE OF THEM IS NO LONGER THERE BUT ONE OF THEM I SAW THE LAST TIME I WENT IS CALLED VIRGINIO AGUILAR SINCE THIS PERSON LIKE THE OTHER GIVEN A SOCIAL SECURITY SECURITY WHICH IS NOT MINE I REALIZED HOW THEY 8 MONTHS AFTER HAVING PURCHASED MY CAR I TALKED TO NISSAN TO CORRECT THAT AND TO DATE I HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE SINCE NISSAN FINANCED ME I WANTED TO BUY ANOTHER CAR A YEAR AGO AND I REALIZED THAT THIS SELLER GOT ANOTHER INSURANCE AND NOT THE ONE I GAVE THEM I HAD THANKED FOR THIS I CANCELED MY PURCHASE WITH THE FINANCING I HAVE THE COPY OF THE APPLICATION AS PROOF OF THIS SOME SELLERS DO ANYTHING TO SELL THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT HARMING THE BUYERS AND TO CORRECT AN ERROR WITH MY LAST NAME I TOLD THE FROM FINANCING THE ERROR AND THEY ONLY TOLD ME THEY WOULD FIX IT BUT THEY DIDN'T DEFINITELY SWITCH TO TOYOTA

Comment : If they help you get a car but always with the advantage They gave me a very high interest rate, and they committed me to a credit card debt of 2,500 dollars and the worst thing was I couldn't get what I wanted. Be careful with these people, don't be fooled. Where is the help they promise

Comment : Don't go to this dealer... better look for better offers elsewhere at Nissan with a good park. They will waste your time with offers for which you won't qualify... and anyway they ask you for down-payment even if you have a good credit.... they played a very bad trick on my sister

Comment : First time coming to this Nissan location and I had a really good experience. My Nissan Versa needed a few different things fixed. I work Mon-Fri so I hadn't had a chance to get them done. Felipe was nice enough to lend me a car rental (life saver!) and made sure my car was checked and fixed. They also offer a nice program for payment plans, which helped out a lot! Picked up after work, and my car drove like new. I left as a Happy customer. Thank you!

Comment : Worst customer service ever I was promise a one year maintenance by Alma after my first review on them about 8 months, I tried to use it today and they stated that Alma no longer works there and that she didn't write anything on the notes as promise and that they couldn't honor it cause it's only my words and that without anything un written there was nothing they can do.
